Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)

 

• Indicated in patients who want to improve the appearance of the eyes, by eliminating skin excess, fat and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids.

• In young patients in whom there is no excess skin on the lower eyelids, transconjunctival blepharoplasty helps us eliminate the excess fat responsible for the formation of bags.

​

• Local anesthesia and sedation, or general anesthesia (depending on the technique required).

​

• Ambulatory surgery.

​

• 3 to 7 days to resume daily activities. Light exercise can be resumed at 3 weeks after surgery, and intense exercise at 5 or 7 weeks.

​

• We use the most advanced surgical techniques, with which there are practically no visible scars.
