Gluteoplasty

• Indicated in patients who want to improve the appearance and size of the buttocks.

• Lipotransference (Brazilian Butt Lift) in patients who want spectacular but very natural results. Placement of silicone implants in very thin patients, or those who have buttocks that are too small.

• Regional anesthesia (epidural block) and sedation, or balanced general anesthesia.  

• Ambulatory surgery.

• 3 to 5 days to resume daily activities. Light exercise can be resumed at 3-4 weeks after surgery, and intense exercise at 6-8 weeks.

• Use of a special compression girdle for 8 weeks.

• Minimal almost imperceptible scars.
