Information for patients living outside of Mexico City

A high percentage of our patients are from other cities in Mexico or from other countries.  Taking this into account, we offer you the following information to ensure that your transfer, accommodation and stay in general, is  carried out in the simplest and most enjoyable way possible.

How can I have a first-time consultation if I live in another city?

Currently we have the option of carrying out the first-time consultation virtually (video consultation).

Initially, patients are asked to send a set of photographs of the area or areas they wish to treat. These photos must be taken from 1 m away (no selfies), from the front, 3/4 of the profile and both profiles, preferably with a plain dark background.  The photographs should be sent to atencion-medica@drmoralesdelac.com. All the information you provide us will be handled under the highest standards of confidentiality and security (more information in our privacy notice: https://www.drmoralesdelac.com/aviso).

With these photographs, the doctor will prepare a preliminary diagnosis and a tentative budget. During the video consultation, you will be able to talk about the details of the surgery, clarify doubts and, when appropriate, schedule the date of the same.

Where can I stay?

In the Santa Fe area (Mexico City) there is a wide range of hotels of all price ranges and styles.

Within the campus of the ABC Santa Fe Medical Center, we have the option of lodging at the HYATT House Hotel ,  which is located a few meters away from our office, in addition to offering a preferential rate to our patients.

Do we only operate at the ABC Santa Fe Medical Center?

We currently offer our patients two hospital options to perform surgical procedures.

1. ABC Santa Fe Medical Center. This is where our office is located. This hospital is recognized as the best in the country, both for its infrastructure and for the quality of medical services. https://centromedicoabc.com/

2. Another option is Promedic, a clinic specialized in plastic surgery, which has all the equipment, technology and personnel to carry out plastic surgery procedures under the highest standards of safety and hygiene. It is located less than a mile away from ABC Medical Center, also in the Santa Fe neighborhood, in Mexico City. https://grupopromedic.com/

From a medical point of view, both options are equivalent. There is a variation in cost per hour of use of the operating room in both hospitals, which determines the total investment of the surgery.

Google Maps instructions

Most of our patients consider UBER as the simplest, cheapest and safest form of transportation for patients visiting Mexico City, especially for transfers between the airport and the hospital. However, if  you require it, we can manage a service of  private transportation during your stay.

You can download the application by clicking on the following button:
